On the Payroll

Andrew joined the work force this week with not only one but TWO new jobs! He made at least 30 pizzas tonight at Dominoes. Woohoo! His many, many years of Friday night homemade pizza has paid off.  Then yesterday was orientation at the golden arches. He will be the one at the window saying, "Welcome to McDonald's. May I take your order?"  (For the record...we SELDOM eat at McDonald's. Watch the movie Food Inc. or Super Size Me and you might change your eating choices too.) Drewy will be a great worker. He is very dedicated to what he does and takes pride in his work. This is a great quality. He also has a side job mowing the neighbor's lawn for the third year in a row. He continues to play organ for our church and takes lessons from a dear member, Mrs. S. In toto he will have four incomes and is currently looking for a set of wheels while he continues to save his earnings. (As his Mom I like to think of his organ playing as a calling to give back his gift to God and I think less of it as a job per se.)
