On October 11, 2012 our little Joachim Joseph entered the world at 6:23 p.m.
He weighed a mere 6 lb. 10 oz. and measured 20 and 3/4 inches long.
Mommy was comforted in knowing that the same NICU doctor was in the room waiting for him to be born like he did for Gussy two pregnancies ago. It gave her renewed confidence at the end when things got a little scary.
We give thanks to God, our heavenly Mother Mary, the intercession of the saints and all our dear family and friends that prayed and prayed for us.
Joachim had lots of eager siblings that had been waiting to see and hold him the next morning.
