Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help

I've been moping about Wisconsin's depressing weather. It then occurred to me after reading a friend's facebook post that there is much to be thankful for. Our diocese has a holy bishop, priests that offer the extraordinary form of the liturgy (our preference) and to top it off, today, our previous town (New Franken) has just become the location of the first officially approved Marian apparition sight in the USA. There is much to be celebrated on this glorious feast day of The Immaculate Conception!

If you have not yet visited the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help, be sure to add it to your list of things to do in the upcoming year. You can view the official website here and Bishop Ricken's Official Decree on Diocesan Shrine here and Green Bay Diocese Press Release here.

HAPPY FEAST DAY OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION!
