This was so delectable that I would dine at Cosetta's solely to indulge in this Bietole Arrosto (beet salad).
22 years later and still smiling....sorta of;)

My favorite spot in St. Paul. The Knight drove me here after dinner just so I could catch a glimpse of the nighttime skyline.
