I think this is the longest we've waited between checkups. It has also come to the point that I have to split up appointments on multiple days due to so many schedule conflicts. We normally take up an entire morning/afternoon in the dentist office having our teeth cleaned one after another. They used to staff three hygienists just for us and we had the office mostly to ourselves. Things are different now. Today it was only Johnny and Gussy in the chair. I never imagined such a full life!
No cavities!!!
Wow! They started making us split up on different days when we got to only 4 kids scheduled plus Mom. Maybe if I call in earlier next time they can make it work. Our kids love the dentist!
ReplyDeleteI have always scheduled appointments far enough in advance so that they could accommodate us. Those days are long over with the older children being in school or at work and off to college. I now have to schedule my appointment around John or Nathan's work schedule so someone can watch Jojo. It is inconvenient, but necessary.
DeleteMy kids also love the dentist. They like getting all the freebies: themed toothbrush, themed dental flossers, and a small toy:)
Wow. That sounds like quite an orchestration! I never think about that component of having a big family. Good news on the lack of cavities!!
