Packers Hall of Fame

This photo is for you, Cheryl, in honor of your dad Dr. Eugene Brusky. How awesome a thing to have your dad on a plaque in the Packer Hall of Fame. Maggy found him for us! He served as the team physician for the Green Bay Packers for about 29 years. Eternal rest grant unto him Oh Lord and may he rest in peace.

No other trophy or Packer memorabilia in the Hall of Fame stood out to me as much as this letter that Gabriel pointed out. It is dated October 11, 1960 and it reads:

Dear Mr. Lombardi,

I want to congratulate you and your team for playing such wonderful games. You couldn't help winning because Our Lord comes into your heart every day.

In our Classroom we have a shrine of the Blessed Mother and in back of her we have a picture of you and of every Packer.

We are praying for you every day.
