I felt bad for our Gabey. His flag football was cut due to lack of enough boys signing up. What a major disappointment.
I can see from the photos that things went better than I expected for the Knight. After all, having three young kids to deal with on his own at three different places at the YMCA is no easy task. Not that he isn't capable, but seriously, that is a lot of work even for me and moms are generally better at multitasking than men - we have to be!
Toward the end of the morning, I received the following text from my hero, which made me laugh hysterically and eased my nerves: "For one brief moment, I hit an inner CALM watching kids play while sitting on lawn chair, looking at green grass and hearing the grandma farting behind me ;~)"
Maggy is like a second Mommy to the children and remarkably so at the young age of 9. She helps out all the time with house cleaning and taking care of the younger boys. She is very generous of her time. Her personality is such that she likes to take charge and keep order in the house. I am glad they offered volleyball for her age group this year. She loves it!
Maggy - far right
