Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe

After attending Mass at St. Mary's in Cashton this weekend we drove through an impressive scenic route up and down winding hills to make a short pilgrimage to the Guadalupe Shrine in LaCrosse. We hope to visit there again when Jean-Marie is in a better mood. We had to passage through quickly because he insisted on making everyone miserable, until he kissed the relics of each and every Saint and Blessed along the side aisles which were at toddler level. Not surprisingly the church triumphant finally pacified him! Amen. At the end of the day we ventured back to visit with Canon G. at his apostolate in Cashton where he had prepared a lovely meal for us:-)
