Recently, my good friend Cheryl said, "God likes us to work for things...the greater the grace, the greater the preparation." Our Lord is definitely giving us a workout! It's been too nerve racking to repeat verbatim all that is taking place in the sale of our home and counter offering on the other. It changes almost daily, sometimes hourly....so much so that I don't know if we're coming or going - literally. I've thrown up my hands and given it to St. Joseph, Our Lord and Lady or whose ever feast day happens to fall on that day.
Remember the movie The Agony and the Ecstasy in which Michelangelo was commissioned to paint the Sistine Chapel? Doesn't he take three years or so to finish? He is continually asked...."When will you make an end?"..."When I am finished." I am asking....Lord, please be finished. When I feel up to it and this is all over I can explain.....enough said. Please, throw a prayer our way once in awhile!
