This is what we awoke to this spring morning.
The dial reads 32 degrees on the outdoor thermometer. Somehow, the birds still found joy amidst this mercurial weather and were singing their usual praises this morning. While other states are enjoying budding blooms, we're once again putting on our winter parkas in Narnia. If this keeps up, I'll have to invest in broad spectrum lighting for seasonal depression disorder to curb the effects of this freaking overcast.
On a happier note, we've gotten an offer on our home. A low offer. We countered last night and pray we receive an answer in our favor. If so....it looks as though we may no longer be living the life of packed sardines....Pray all goes well for us on the bargaining of our new home elect. Have a happy week and send out Mr. Sun!!!!!!!
How exciting! We'll keep you in our prayers that you get a decent counter offer and that all goes well. We'll have to keep praying for Joe and Jan to sell their place now. I like your "summer" music. It helps offset the wintry weather we are having.

ReplyDeleteThat is wonderful news! I'll be praying for you all. If you get too sick of WI weather feel free to come out and visit us. We have lots of nice weather until Summer when it gets so hot and humid that people stay indoors all the time in the air conditioning!
