Transformation

We've been sooo busy the past three weeks that there hasn't been much time to blog. Let's just say that ALL of our time has been engrossed with transforming our home to appeal to prospective home buyers. This is a MAJOR task for a family of ten. Life is insane at the moment. We're praying to St. Joseph for a miracle to sell our home during his month of March if it be what is best for our family.

Here is a picture showing our newly painted and rearranged living area that was just posted with our home pictures on realtor.com. Three weeks ago, you'd never have imagined this was the same house. It took a beating after nine years of living and needed just about new everything.

So, when your knees touch the floor at night, please whisper a prayer to St. Joseph for us. We need it!

  1. Wow! Your house looks beautiful! I would think it would be an easy sell. We'll keep you guys in our prayers so things move along well and you can move into a bigger home. I'm sure things will fall in place. Dad can help out, and I'm sure he will. I don't envy you having to keep up with everything. Running a household and trying to have it ready for a showing are very stressful. When we only had 2 kids and I was working full time while Jack was starting up a practice an hour away from where we used to live, it was almost an impossible task to maintain that schedule and keep the house in "show condition". I remember being so stressed out that I was crying when we ordered out pizza at the end of a very long, hard day, and the delivery guy showed up. He must have thought I was a nutcase or something. At least you have some good helpers! Good luck with everything, and we'll keep you in our prayers.

  2. Wow! Do kids really live in that house??? It's so clean. I can't imagine the stress of trying to sell a house added onto everything else you're doing. I'm praying it sells quickly for you.
