God has a way of letting us be in the world, but not of the world. Often he uses our children in teaching us such things. Augustine got a head start on spring and decided to prune the curtains that once hugged the French doors. Long ago this shenanigan would have raised my blood pressure, but for some grace-filled reason I couldn't help but just give a good 'ol laugh!

ReplyDeleteYou must have a lot of patience, Mary! Gus is a cute kid, though. I think God made little kids extra cute so that it would soften our anger if they do something that would tend to make us mad. It's hard to be very angry with a smiling little face.
